No, but depending on the quantity of garments required, the price will differ. Pricing here.
Do you provide graphic assistance for custom designs?
Yes, we provide graphic design services, enlist one of our experts to assist you.
Do you provide embroidery services?
Yes, we can embroider all kinds of garments, hats are the most common garment our customers personalize with embroidery.
Do you provide rush services for team wear?
Yes, we candeliver a 10 day turnaround but rush services will require a substantial uplift.
Is there a limit on design revisions?
No, we will work with you until final artwork is approved.
Is there a limitation on number of logos or colors?
No, our designs will include all requirements and pricing is not dependent on the number of logos or colors used.
Can I order individual canopy components?
Yes, you may order individual pieces such as the frame, canopy tops, walls, cross braces, and spare parts. We can’t guarantee compatibility with other vendors, but we’ll validate our materials work with your requirements prior to any order.
Can I order tops or walls separately from a canopy frame?
Yes, you can purchase tops or walls whenever you want. While we can’t give you consolidated package pricing, you can incrementally add or replace items.
How long before I get my team wear items?
After final artwork is approved, it takes approximately 3 weeks to receive your items.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary from location to location and is based on dimensional weight. We will use the best possible option to help offsetand you can always pick up from us at the track.
Are your team wear items form fitting?
Our team wear items are designed with more of a looser fit. If you have special sizing requirements we can accommodate.
Are there any minimums for screen printing?
No, but with less than 12 pieces the cost will be slightly more.
